Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I was told that since my daughter was two ( 2! ) minutes late that she might have to reschedule. She ended up getting lost and was 10 minutes late and we were told rudely that we would have to reschedule. We will not be returning...there are plenty of good eye doctors in the area. While I understand that they need to keep to a schedule, this was handled very poorly

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
