Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I waited in the exam room for 30 mins and he did not even apologize when he entered the room. Writes a prescription for EVERYTHING, even though I told him I do not like to take pills for everything. Rather than determine what is causing the problem, he just prescribes a pill. My annual exam took a total of 15mins of his time. i had been to his office 2 weeks prior and saw the PA. Even though I told him this, and he had my records in front of him on the computer, he did not seem to know why I was there 2 weeks before. Never asked if my blood pressure had improved or what had caused it to go so high. Glad I didn't have a stroke right there. I honestly do not think he would have known what to do! Then they gave me EXPIRED samples of medicine! I would NEVER return to this practice. Only now do I hear a LOT of people are experiencing similar negative feelings from Dr Botch.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Their staff is very friendly and professional. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.
