I was highly impressed with how comfortable the chairs in the waiting room were. Their standard of patient comfortability is obviously very high and it showed throughout the entire appointment.
They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.
