They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. Beyond all this, they don't care for non-whites.
