Very unprofessional staff. The DR's son runs the office and he is as rude as they come.
I have never been spoken to or treated in such a manner.
The Dr has no idea about women's issues, menopause, or hormone replacement. She really is a very poor excuse for a Dr and it's probably time for her to retire.
Her office is now into plastic surgery the machines that tighten - really? Please please please if your a women with any sort of female problems go somewhere else. They're are plenty of professional women Doctor's in the area whoare knowledgable and schooled in women's issues. You will regret wasting your time and money going to her and dealing with her rude and unprofessional staff which also includes her son.

Horrible! Used to be a fantastic doctor who cared about her patients. Now she only cares about making as much money as possible before she retires. She doesn't follow up with her patients, her staff is rude, her husband runs the office like a dictatorship and she's lost her touch as a doctor. This is what happens when it's more about the money than your hypocratic oath.

Dr. Katherine Pifer is an absolutely excellent Dr. She takes a personal interest in her patients. I'd say she is my favorite Doctor I've ever had due to her excellent medical advice, thoroughness and her caring attitude. She has a great staff. This is a rare experience at a Doctors office.
