i share the same opinion as another patient, arrogant and more interested in pushing the cosmetic side of their business.......do yearly check up which are very important and they fly through them as if they have a facelift waiting in the next room!

I've been seeing Dr Ray for many years for various skin issues. Dr Ray is kind and attentive to me. He listens and addresses my concerns. His attitude is always happy and positive. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway 121 and close to the hospital. They are always prepared for my appointment . I didn't have to wait very long at all. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, he had to cut out a spot and put in three stitches. I never felt a thing!! You are in good hands here...Dr Ray is the BEST!

Never, they are very reliable.

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.
