I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They were kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available.
