My suggestion would be to avoid this practice at all costs. This is a money hungry practice, not someone who has the intent of helping individuals. My being sick for the majority of the past 3 months did not seem to phase the office when I called and therefore they made me an appointment for almost 2 weeks later. Just before my appointment my symptoms seemed to vanish so I called the office and asked if I should reschedule for a time that I am experiencing the symptoms. I was told that I should absolutely still keep my appointment and that it is important for the doctor to see me. I had the last appointment of the day so that I didn't have to miss too much work. I went in and proceeded to wait 45 minutes before even being called into a room, and then another 20 minutes from there. When the doctor came in he seemed rushed and flustered (probably because he was so behind). He asked me to repeat the symptoms that I had told the receptionist over the phone, didn't look at my symptom calendar that I had brought along with me and was trying to show him, quickly glanced in my nose and throat just like my primary doctor would have done, and then concluded that there was nothing he can do or tell without me having symptoms and to come back when I am feeling ill again. He rushed me out of the office, and didn't take the time to listen to my concerns or look deeper into what could be causing it. I understand that it could be difficult for him to know what was going on without the symptoms, but then why wouldn't they let me cancel the appointment and reschedule it when I asked for that? The only thing I got from that visit was a bill which the office insisted was fair. They even told me I was lucky because he normally charges extra to look in someones nose. This is the first poor review I have ever written but I feel as though you should be forewarned. I will never return to see Dr. John J. Bonacorsi and I suggest you look elsewhere as well.

I've only been to Dr Bonacorsi once, he is a seasoned professional and knowledgeable in his craft. He knows what he his talking about.

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best
