I went to see Dr. Chanasue to have some things removed from my back. For 45 minutes he lectured me about being too fat. He told me to quit eating breakfast and lunch. Only eat a small dinner. I am diabetic and must take medicine with food. I did not approve of his constant lecture about my size. It went on and on but now it won't happen again as I am not going back to him.

I had a mole that was changing and hurting for 3 weeks so I saw Dr. Chanasue. He was very rough with the numbing needle and shaved the mole off. It hurt a lot. Four days later the area was bruised, had stabbing pains, and red around the wound area. I called the office to see if this was normal, as I never had a mole removed.

Dr. Chanasue returned my call and right away asked: "Why are you making problems for me? Why are you being difficult". I explained I never had this procedure and wanted to know if this type of pain was normal. He asked me: "Have you had a baby?" I asked what does that have anything to do with this procedure. He then told me he won't work on me again and did me a favor removing the mole.

What a jerk! I will never go to him again and advise everyone to to elsewhere. He has no right being a doctor.

This doctor was 30 minutes late and told me I was rude after pointing it out to him. He accused me of artificial tanning because I am not pale and pointed out the redness of my skin as an example of sunburn. My skin was red, however, because it turns pink/purple in cold environments (60F in his office) because I have poor circulation. I was aghast at his poor communication. He also would not prescribe a shampoo of any kind for my seborrhea (my reason for coming in), because it was not flaring up at the time. He assumed that I was in his office trying to get a prescription for someone else. Ultimately, the experience was disappointing, rude, insulting, and unprofessional. I've never had a doctor tell me that I was going to die young based on the fact that I was a lying patient. I feel insulted and slightly humiliated after meeting this Doctor.
