Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support

No, my appointment started at the scheduled time

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. I really love that they have other doctors as back-up support for when the pediatrician is sick or unavailable. I feel a lot better knowing that someone will always be available when I need them. I was kind of disappointed at how much they knew about child safety and nutrition. They only gave me the most basic information. I couldn't believe how inconsiderate they were to first-time mothers. They really make a first-time mother feel uninformed and inexperienced.
