I had 2 cataract surgeries by Dr. Rick. He's very sensitive and takes time to make sure patients are comfortable. My eyes are great, and he's also a very nice man, Amy and staff are fantastic as well, always friendly and caring.

Rick Neumeister and his staff go above and beyond to make sure that they are taking care of EVERYTHING you could possibly ever need to ensure your eye health. I can't say enough good things about this doctor and his practice. Everyone there treats you like a person, not a dollar sign.

Rick has been my provider my entire life. I wouldn't go to anyone else. He is such a friendly guy.
I was highly impressed with how comfortable the chairs in the waiting room were. Their standard of patient comfortability is obviously very high and it showed throughout the entire appointment.
One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
