I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. The waiting room had everything my child could ask for. TV's, toys, magazines.... and not just for younger kids but for adolescents as well. I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

They seemed to know enough

Not at all. They encouraged second opinions
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
