They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Dr. Chisa has treated my entire family for years. We always end up referring friends when they cannot resolve their dermatalogical issues.
