No problem with the wait, the appointment followup, the office staff or the set-up in the office. My problem is that the doctor held a needle up to numb my peritonsillar abscess and told me that it wouldn't hurt. It was excruciating. I wanted to throttle him.
Then, after it was supposed to be numbed, he drained the abscess with another needle -- but it was nowhere near numbed. The pain was brutal. He offered no warning, no apology. The treatment was successful, but if I can't trust a doctor, I cannot recommend him.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Instead of just recommending surgery right away I was presented with many treatment options here. I knew if I had to get surgery, it would be their last resort.
