My friend was diagnosed with Chronic Urticaria. Severe rash all over his body for six months. This office said he was approved by insurance for the Xolair shot and he was really looking forward to it since nothing...Steroids, Allegra, Benadryl, Zantac...was working. The rash covered 80% of his body and face. On the day he was finally going to get the shot and was almost to the office, they called and said there had been an error and that he was not approved. After suffering for six months with this debilitating rash (mentally and physically) not being able to sleep, and looking forward to finally getting some relief, he was turned down. Totally devastated does not describe how he feels. He works 80 hours a week and has been strung along by this office, keeping the multiple visits, to only be told he was approved but in reality, wasn't.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

I can see myself recommending this doctor to my family and friends. I think they would be happy with their services just as I was. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. While waiting for my appointment I noted that the chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.
