I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They made an extra effort to emphasize preventative care, and gave me a ton of information about child safety and nutrition. I felt like they genuinely cared about my child's health. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.

They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. Not only did they answer all of my questions, they also emphasized preventative care and informed me about child safety and nutrition. I was very impressed by how knowledgeable they were. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.
