I was so impressed with the progress I made after visiting them the first time. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and positive about the future. Every time I return, the doctor always remembers me by name and takes time to answer ALL my questions and address my concerns. They are so thoughtful and thorough, I just love this practice. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment. Their office was not overly loud; it was fine. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait a lot longer at other places.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I have been on several antibiotics at one time . I asked my drugest if that was ok he looked and seen Dr. Wagshuls name and said he would never dispute anything this doctor did, he is the best ! That was good enough for me.....He has always helped get me better.........thank you Dr. wagshul Cheryl

I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. I love how attentive they are here. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I sought treatment on recommendation after suffering from chronic lung problems, bronchitis and sinus infections - I was borderline asthmatic. I believe Dr. Wagshul cured these problems in me. I have not gotten a sinus infection since.

The reason for the long wait is because Dr. Wagshul is willing to sit, talk, listen and answer any questions for as long as the patient needs. While I find the wait a tad annoying, I feel the quality of care is well worth it. If you are suffering from lung issues, you should be going to this doctor. Do not hesitate.
