I rated middle and have NOT seen this doctor. I signed up so I could read reviews but they are grayed OUT. I thought after signing up I could see the rest but NOT. I'm disappointed...a review you aren't allowed to see! Don't we have enough problems?

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely . Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. It was upsetting how rude and unfriendly they were to me. If they were any colder, I might have caught a chill. The first time I called the lady was very rude and short, I should of known right then not to see Dr Masone. I waited in the waiting room for roughly around 20 mins and then when I was in the exam room the physicians assistant met me first she was very unpleasant, and never made eye contact with me and made me feel worse while I was there than before I came. After waiting 30 mins in the exam room Dr Masone came in, dx me with in 5 mins and barely reviewed my history said I was misdiagnosed by a doctor I had been seeing for 1yr. Dr Masone made me feel like I was only seeking medication and not pain relief. I felt horrible during and after the exam. Still to this day I can not forget the way I was treated while I was at this medical practice. I don't feel he should of jump to conclusions with only meeting me for 5 mins and not knowing what has been going on for the last 1 yr. I would not recommend this Dr to any of my friends or family.
