Dr. Goodman knows his stuff and doesn't beat around the bush. He tells you how it is-and a lot of people think that is being rude. Dr. Goodman is not rude, but very knowledgable in his expertise and a lot of people may take that as arrogant. He wants to find a preventative to our ailments and not just "band-aid" it. Office staff is also great-I think the world of the entire office. They have treated many menbers of my family for many years and we appreciate all of them. :-)

They weren't friendly at all to me during my appointment. They were extremely rude and impolite, which made me devalue their opinion and ability to provide proper care. Dr. Goodman is very rude and doesn't seem concerned at all with patients. Never have been to a Doctor that showed such little concern, left feeling stupid and feeling guilty for "wasting" his time.

I was very impressed with his staff (very friendly) and Dr. Goodman. He explained everything and was very knowlegeable. He was never rude and answered all questions.

I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me.

This is the worse doctor I have ever been to in my life. I wouldn't use him for vet service. I was treated like less than human. He was hateful and rude. He accused me of being there to get disability. My legs and feet were going numb all the time. Every statement he made to me was rude. I was in tears. He called another Dr.'s office and got personal information that I didn't approve to be released. I asked to use their phone to call that office. They wouldn't allow me to use the phone. I used the pay phone and called the other office to have them to correct the information they sent. It was not true and totally had nothing to do with why I was there. I went back to his office and they said they had received the call, but I got no apology. His wife worked in his office and was as rude as he was.
I then made an appointment with another doctor that specializes in the same thing. He did a test on my legs and asked me if I was a free bleeder. I didn't even know he had stuck my legs with pins to see if I could feel it.

This doctor is extremely rude, self-centered and uncooperative. He walks around and acts pissed off at everything anyone says to him. He gave my grandmother medicine and refused to answer any questions about it. I researched it and there were MAJOR drug interactions with it and several other medicines she takes, which he knew about and did not warn her. I would NOT recommend him to ANYONE. He's also repeatedly expressed his general disrespect and disgust for all the people of Ashland.
