The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.
They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
My name is Lloyd Masters and I have been a patient of Dr. Pavlov for over 15 years. He cares about his patients and listens to there concerns. Office appointments are fast and he takes the time needed to DX your medical problems. The rest of the Drs. are also truly concerned and they are all dedicated to there chosen profession. The nurses and everyone are very nice and courteous to the patients.
Today August 31, 2009 Monday morning at 8:30 I called North Bay Family Center to make an appointment with Dr. Paul Pavlov or any other doctor there that would be able to see my 11 year old son that has been seeing Dr. Pavlov since he was born. I called at North Bay Family Center on my house phone at 8:30 and was put on hold. At 9:20 I was still on hold so I called with my cell phone the message line to see what time they started taking calls for appointments, just in case I was calling to early and that's why I have been on hold for 50 mins. She says they start taking appointment calls at 8:30 and they are really busy because it is a Monday. I say okay then hang up my cell phone and I am still on hold on my house phone, a minute after I hang up my cell phone the appointment receptionist picks up. I tell her that I need to make an appointment for my son, that he is running a high fever, has stomach aches, and says his head is hurting really bad, she says "I have nothing available" I asked her when she would, she said "I have nothing all week" So then I'm trying to explain to her that the street I live on has been having mosquito's testing positive for the West Nile Virus and one person on my street has tested positive for it and he really can't wait a week, she says to me so rude " Well I have nothing available" and hangs up on me. I know she does not know me or my son and probably could care less but to work at a Doctors office, be so rude and show no compaction to a 11 year old boy that is very sick, just makes me discussed. She is SUPOSE to be a professional and should have talked to a Doctor or nurse to get there opinion and suggestions on what I needed to do or where I need to bring him. Although Dr. Pavlov is a great doctor I will not go back there nor will my family and friends. WE think he needs to reevaluate the people he has working for him and the way they treat his patients.
