Dr McCrary is a life saver for me after 50 years of not understanding what was wrong with my body and being told by many MDs that it was all in my head. Dr. McCrary explained the problem and the cause to me and what I needed to to to feel better.

Some of my answers to the survey were only 4 stars, who cares, I changed or at least attempted to change the over all rating to 5 stars. I drive a 100 miles each time to see this MD and am just happy that he is available.

And he always has a smile for you.

He and his staff are angels.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. This business is in a very safe neighborhood. I did not have to wait long at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

It bothered me that the doctor was rather unfriendly. I would have preferred someone a little more welcoming. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. Wouldn't give
me a copy of my 4+ yrs medical record.
