The doctor was not helpful in analyzing my condition. I had to ask leading questions to get any info out of him, and for every one of my questions he would just nod and look thoughtfully from side to side and say "that could be". He ended up giving me eyedrops which just burned badly when I put them in. I looked them up on the internet and those drops had absolutely nothing to do with my condition. The staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
