Their equipment was very advanced and ahead of the times, so I knew it was safe. I would possibly send people I know here, but only if they were super desperate for an eye doctor with his specialization. The wait time is horrible - expect to spend at minimum 4 hours waiting to see the doctor. No matter what time of day your appointment is expect the very large waiting room to already be filled with a lot of patients. They were friendly enough for my liking. Dr. Charles spent more time talking to the medical residents who were always with him than he spent talking to me, the patient. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I couldn't believe that they kept the temperature in the waiting room where they did - it was freezing. What are they thinking!
