No, they didn't even attempt to explain

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

A little, it was faint but I noticed one

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

No, but they said they were going to!

Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me

Dr.Baxter was both professional and entertaining . He put me at ease with his knowledge and wit. I had a chronically ingrown toenail and he took care of it with virtuously no pain during the the procedure. That was yesterday and to my amazement today I have absolutely no pain. NONE! Thank you to a friendly and caring staff and to the Super Doctor. LIVE LONG AND PROSPER DR. BAXTER!

Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office?
Extremely easy, and close to the entrance
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
A little, but it was bearable
Is this provider's business conveniently located?
Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

The staff is very friendly and knowledgable. Mr. Baxter was really funny and it helped me get over my nerves with the procedure I was going to have. I will continue going to them.
