I am a physician and have very high standards for those I deal with in medicine. I found most of the staff to be very uninterested in making any real effort. I have had to make multiple trips to the actual office to get anything actually done. Every time I have gone there I have had staff want to take a message and "get back to me" rather than answer any questions, obtain answers, or even perform simple tasks. In addition, my sons BMI was grossly miscalculated. I am hoping this was a staff error and not an actual error of simple math by the physician he saw, Dr. Whitten-hoskins. Regardless, even if she did not compute it she still did not double check and gave me grossly wrong numbers. Finally, I was treated like a second class citizen when trying to get my sons medication filled that he had been on for almost a year. Despite giving them the information they needed to contact the original physician who diagnosed him and prescribed the medication and the contact information for the pharmacy we used to fill this medication. Realizing that the medication was a controlled ADHD medication I provided the above information to make the transition easier. Dr. Whitten-Hoskins took forever to write the prescription and then wrote for the wrong medication. I will NOT be taking my son back here.
