Quick, efficient, staff was kind , especially his nurse. Offered prayer for my issue along with a issue I had going on with my mom. Above and beyond what I was expecting! I highly recommend Dr McQueen

Absolutely love Dr. McQueen. He is wonderful with my 2 boys. I have to give 4 stars because his billing person is extremely difficult to deal with and borderline rude and snooty. It's a shame that he works so hard to take care of his patients and create a warm, inviting, comfortable atmosphere and great patient/ dr. relationship and then you have a staff member that treats you poorly on a regular basis. I have good insurance and my account is always current but she still acts like a debt collector talking to a criminal anytime I have to discuss a billing or insurance discrepancy.

I waited an hour past my scheduled appointment time, and he and his whole staff was so accommodating and kind, that I STILL give them 5 stars. He happened to be behind today, but worth the wait.
