They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible.

I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Absolutely! They respect my child's individuality and always address both of us

Not that I have seen

Never, they are very reliable.

Dr. Blair has been my 2 girls doctor since their birth. My oldest 1997 and youngest 1999. He has always been a very pleasant physician and my kids love him. I now drive an hour to see him ... I can drive to b'ham, see him and be back before being waited on in other offices.
