Dr Baker truly cares about his patients. Going to his office is like visitinily.f. they know you. You are not just a number . He is very thorough and interested in your overall health and well being

Dr. Baker is ok. The billing is strange and the fact that they want to charge you a copay for coming in for just blood tests makes no sense since you can go to a standard lab and you don't pay anything. With my insurance a "q"lab charges me nothing while Dr. Baker's office charged me a co-pay and charged me for the tests then told me to send the bill to my insurance company for reimbursement. The strange part is they originally told me there was no charge but then sent me a bill later. Another issue is with the staff, they send me for a chest xray saying I need it right away... I have the xray at 10am on that Fri. morn... then I call at 2pm, they say they have the results and will have the Dr. call me, no one ever calls... I call again around 4:45pm same day and they say the Dr. will call... I don't get a call till Tuesday and the message is they feel I need to take antibiotics... I could go on with other examples. My husband and other family members have experienced similar issues so we are all moving on. Please be very aware of the billing system in this office or the cost may make you sick.

I just love Dr Baker and his office staff. I have been going there for just over 10 years. I moved out of Cape Coral to Fort Myers and still go back to see Dr Baker and refuse to change to a more local doctor. He makes me feel at ease and is very caring.

I wouldn't feel comfortable sending my friends and family here.
Dr. Baker would read to you your blood test results pointing out in which parameters the results are within the normal limits and in which - not, but you can probably do it yourself as it is clearly marked on the lab report. Just pay $2 and get a copy. He might not even ask you how you are feeling and if you are having any concerns. If you need a prescription refill, make sure you get it straighten up before you leave the office. They do not allow pharmacies call them and do not return calls to the patients for days.

Great doctor! Great staff. Highly recommend. I felt comfortable at all times and they run the practice with extreme professionalism. The Doctor is extremely friendly and I never felt like her was trying to rush me out the door. He has true care for his patients and for what he does for a living. 5 stars!

Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They make ever effort to get an answer for me when I call with a question. They try to get e in as sson as possible when I need to be seen. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The staff knows what they're doing and are attentive and friendly.
