They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. There was lots of available parking at their office, including valet. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Fabulous staff and doctor! Extremely caring and friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.
