Not only is Dr. Bernhardt a skilled Dermatologist, he is aware of my other conditions and even refused to remove some bumps because of a chance of infection because I have Crohn's Disease. He is a specialist with knowledge of the whole human body.

He is affiliated with teaching med schools, but is also concerned about environmental issues and gave me a copy of his children's book to add to my Parent Center.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
