No. It took me several times to get through.

Only if I couldn't find a better substitute

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

My son is 17 and has been treated by Dr. Halbert Capuy since he was born. All through the years Dr. Capuy has always remembered our names and other details (ie. where I work, my Mom and etc.). There were times we were gone for a year or longer but he always remembered. He is very personable and has a great bedside manner. He takes his time and explains so that even my son will be able to understand what he is treating and why. A few years ago I thought I my son was too old to see Dr. Capuy. My son was very disappointed when he found out he had a new MD. Then I rec'd a call from Dr. Capuy's staff wanting to follow-up on my son because we hadn't been there in a year or so. I told the staff that I thought he was too old to see Dr. Capuy. It was then that I found out he could see my son as long as he wanted to see Dr. Capuy. I am glad to say that we are back with Dr. Capuy and hope we never have to go anywhere else. Thank you Dr. Capuy and your staff for 17 years of excellent treatment.
