What an bad experience I had today! This practice is not patient focus and does not respects patients' time. I showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment, only to wait 45 minutes for nothing. I was told to schedule 2 hours for my appointment. As a Consultant, I have to schedule my hours with clients in advance, as these are all billable hours. Waiting an hour did not leave enough time for the appointment, unless Paul was planning on cutting corners on my service or risk being late to my appointment. The staff clearly stated that Paul did not care about his patients time and that his schedule was the only thing that matter. They were very disorganize in the front office. The office manager stated that the reason I never received my appointment confirmation, directions to the office and new patient forms was because they were having Internet issues. She even stated that their website was down. If they run their office in this matter, you can take a guess what level of service you will receive as a patient. Do you want to risk your chances with Paul when their are numerous other allergists in Atlanta. I called my Doctor, who was happy to make another referral.

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

I have been seeing Dr. Rabinowitz for the past 6 years along with my 2 daughters. We all suffer from allergies and asthma. We have just finished our 5 years of allergy shots and are doing great..off medications and symptom-free. Thanks Dr. Rabinowitz so much. You are the best!
