When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. This pediatrician had two separate rooms for "sick" and "well" children. You could tell that they really went the extra mile in making sure that the healthy children didn't catch anything. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. This pediatrician is so kind and has the most wonderful bedside manner. They are really in tune with children and my child is definitely a fan. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. When we walked into the examining room, I was so happy to see that they had taken the time to make the examining rooms bright and child-friendly.

BEST reception and nursing staff ever!! We have 6 kids and office staff are always on the ball. I never have to wait more than 5-10 minutes for appt and when I had a newborn they immediately took them back so we were not waiting with sick kids. Dr. Munsel is wonderful too as a partner and Barry and Deb are great PAs, too!

Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted

Definitely! They are happy to answer every first-time mother's question, no matter how basic
