They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment.

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
