To say I was less than impressed by Dr. Grossman would be generous. We might have spent all of 6 or 7 minutes together after I completed a stress test. At one point, he stopped what he was saying, pulled out his phone, dealt with what had popped up on his phone. That wasn't just unprofessional, it was rude.

Once the doctor decided my heart looked good, he didn't really seem interested in anything else I had to say.

I will not be seeing Dr. Grossman again.

His PA, however, was superb. He administered my stress test and was very thorough and professional.

I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there (At the end of the visit the nurse laughed and said this is going to cost a lot of money). They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say and dismissed my fears. They did not validate my concerns. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them.
