They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member.
