Never have I had a consult with a doctor like the one I had w/Dr.Roddey! It started w/the scheduling. Appt was made months ago only to get a call the morning of to say she takes lunch at 1pm and they wanted to squeeze me in. I said I didn't want to be squeezed in, I didn't make the mistake and how are you just realizing now that my appt is during her lunch. She was rude and kept saying "I said I apologize for the inconvenience". She was rude and displayed a lack of respect for my time. I should have cancelled right then but didn't. My appt w/Dr.Roddey did not go any better. She walked in with a chip on her shoulder. She was rude/condescending when discussing my skin issues. I informed her she was making me uncomfortable with the way she was talking down to me, and she made the comment a few times "Okay well would you just like to leave?". She never examined me, I just stood up, we had a short conversation, absolutely no thorough exam, and frankly it just felt akward so I left.

Yes

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office?
Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
