I was very impressed today with the "free facial" for my birthday. I expected it would be a simple facial....which for the most part it was, and didn't involve too many steps. When the aesthetician did derma-plane and a light peel, I assumed I would end up paying for those services, but no! These were complimentary and part of the overall facial....After spending $650 on Botox the week before, this was certainly a very nice "value-add" to my overall experience. Thank you!

Dr. Bednar is very thorough and informative with his consultations. Answered all of my questions and concerns were put to rest. Sylvia is also very helpful in answering any questions and is very on top of scheduling any appointments.

Dr. Bednar is a true artist!! He knows exactly what he's doing and I feel very confident in his expertise. I had some bad experiences elsewhere and he is getting me back to feeling my best!! Darlene is wonderful as well. She is up on the latest nonsurgical procedures to keep your skin at its best. I love that she is conservative but knows just what you need.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I couldn't believe how natural my results looked. I looked just like my old self, only much better.

I really appreciated that they didn't schedule my procedures all on the same day, and spread them out over the course of a few weeks. That way, my surgeries didn't take as long, and my risk for complications was reduced. I felt like they really cared about my safety and well-being. They let me look through a ton of before and after photos from other patients, and offered them to me before I even asked to see them. It was obvious that they had nothing to hide, and were proud of their work. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I couldn't believe how natural my results looked. I looked just like my old self, only much better. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They didn't pressure me to get enhancements I didn't need. They always have my best interest in mind.
