They billed me ten months later, after I had been in two additional times and told that I didn't owe. Then they send a collection? When you are there you are shuffled from one place and one person to another waiting area, another perosn gets you, then you go somewhere else.

It was like an inefficient assembly line where no one knew for a year how much I should pay. Terrible.
