Dr. Bragg has always provided not only a correct diagnosis and helpful treatment but always takes the time to listen and know her patients. I would highly recommend her.

I had the very good fortune to be referred to Dr. Bragg for injuries sustained when an automobile veered onto a walkway and struck me.  After being misdiagnosed, denied treatment by my HMO, investigated by my employer’s workers compensation insurance carrier, blamed and shunned by my colleagues, and spending over 41 weeks in physical therapy exercises that gave me minor relief to my damaged shoulder, neck, back, knees and hip, I thought I might never return to good health.

However, after months of chaos and struggling to continue to work while suffering from the pain of my injuries, it was a great relief to meet a doctor who was not only experienced and knowledgeable but also genuinely concerned for me as a human being.

The professionalism of the entire practice is exceptional. I have begun to improve strength and range of motion as a result of the treatment I receive at Dr. Bragg’s Spine and Orthopedic Pain Center.  After years of failed treatments, the constant daily pain has lessened and I do not use narcotic drugs for relief. Dr. Bragg actively listens to her patients and engages them in all decisions regarding treatments and care.

This is dr Winifred Bragg responding to 5/29/2013 review:

While I can't tell who you are from this review, I can say that we spend as much time as we need to in order to meet the needs of our patients. In our practice we have kind, compassionate staff that are specially trained to handle the needs of our patients. We are sorry you felt rushed and apologize if it seems we didn't have time for you. It sounds as though you may not have had all your questions answered. We would be happy to talk to you about your experience, if you would like to call at anytime.

I've never met a more polite, respectful rehabilitation specialist. I've always appreciated how flexible they are with their appointment times here. I never have to miss work or cancel plans to make my appointment. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. The staff really knows what they're doing. I am now pain free.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive.
