I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Dr. Steinberg needs to treat her staff with respect. I felt as though they were belittled in front of clients and all other staff members. It made me very upset and uncomfortable for the staff. Very unprofessional!!!!

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better.

I did not like that they made me (or tried to make me) buy their on medications... i.e. wound care stuff and fungus nail polish. I wanted a prescription... which would have been cheaper for me. I think it's a scam for them to make more money.

They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options or expectations of cost of treatment. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I feel like my appointment was pointless. Nothing was explained in regards to expenses related to any visits and they will not see you unless you pay---regardless of your medical condition and previous payment history. Ethically, they score low. Money is more important than your treatment! None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left only to find that I had a systemic infection from another doctor.
