They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I'm undecided if I would refer any of my friends or family here. I'm not sure if I loved them that much to be honest.
One office clerk, NINA, was very abrupt and disconcerning to me on the phone when I made the appointment, then was rude to my teenage son when he asked her for help with diagnosis. THE LAST TIME WE'LL USE THIS DOCTOR FOR THIS REASON.
The rest of the staff was VERY COURTEOUS, but I won't take a chance and be treated rudely again, nor will I expose my son to this kind of non-professional behavior.
