They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

No, it was fine

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Completely!

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

The staff is exceptional. The are friendly, courteous, and extremely professional. The waiting area and rest rooms are immaculate always. I have been a patient of Dr. Sokal for over 10 years and my wait time is always less than 10 minutes.
I cannot say enough about the exceptional care given to me and all the members of my family by Dr. Sokal. She is the best of all the Doctors I have been treated by and leaves no stone unturned. I am comfortable with her and have the peace of mind I am getting the best care possible.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

No, its really far from the freeway and other shops

No, it was expensive.
