Excellent physician. Saw him for diabetes. During exam he noted a thyroid nodule (not felt by prior endocrinologist or my primary). Was biopsied, turned out to be cancer. It was small, removed, I'm fine. If Dr D hadn't taken the time with me (1 hour+), it wouldn't have been found. I've seen him since then for diabetes and the thyroid. He is always pleasant, has a very calm, relaxing manner. Highly recommend.

I was impressed with how considerate the doctor and staff were as well as the level of knowledge the doctor possessed. Dr. Dempsey's consultation was delivered in plain English and reflected objective opionions. Their staff was attentive and professional. I didn't have to wait for long after I arrived for my appointment and was not given the 'rush' treatment during the evaluation. The waiting area was comfortable and spacious. I would recommend this specialist for persons interested in hormone therapy.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned Dr Dempsey is for my health and well-being. His advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I love how much attention to detail he shows. He is always so careful and meticulous. His staff is very good also. I am so impressed with how quickly I am taken care of. I know I am getting top-of-the-line treatment.

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I appreciated the fact that the staff was so friendly and nice. I felt very welcome. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.
