Two of my three children were patients of this Dr. My 22 year old needs his tonsils out. Dr. Lawande is the one I would like to do the surgery. However, my son is in college and it would be easier for him to have his surgery done there and me go there and help him out for a few days. It has been several years since I have seen Dr. Lawande. I felt comfortable with him and his staff. As I stated before, I really wish I could somehow get my son back to this area and at least get a second opinion from Dr. Lawande, but between his class and him working 2 jobs it is next to impossible to get him here. Dr. Lawande is a down to earth dr. There are some doctors that have the fancy offices, they have the McDreamy appearance/actions. That stuff does not impress me. I need a dr. that listens to my concerns, that cuts through the chase and gets to what my kids needs. As I said before, 2 of my 3 children had tubes in their ears (both had bad allergies) and if I could get my 22 year old here, it is Dr. Lawande that I would still want him to see.
