Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I left feeling satisfied with how the visit went. The doctor was helpful and I felt encouraged. I would recommend them to my friends and family for sure. The service was impeccable and they were so caring.

The Braun's are resaonably competent, though at times a little inconsistent in describing/assessing dermatological problems. The worst aspect of visiting the Braun's, however, is the organization of the office. Be prepared for rudeness and defensiveness. Moreover, it seemed to me that the disorganization was generated not so much from the ill-will of the support staff as from a total failure to communicate between the Braun's and their support staff. This put the support staff on the defensive in dealing with any problems that arose with scheduling or LONG waits. I would not like to have to rely on these doctors if I had a medical problem.
