Dishonest, never disclosed pt had stitches in both eyes causing the patient pain for over a year. Stitches were removed by a specialist at another facility.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office?
Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
