I thought they were kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed. I wish they had made more of an effort to make me feel at home. I would never recommend them to anyone looking for a pain management specialist. It seemed like the staff wanted to get their paperwork complete and that was more important than being nice. I don't think that my provider will find a solution to my situation. I better find someone else.

Not really. I usually have to remind them.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.
