I have been going to this Dr. Bonder for a few years now. I previously went to the "top" dermatologist in Delaware but could never get seen quick enough and he started using physicians assistants who misdiagnosed my eczema for tinea versicolor. I had been treating my skin with an anti-fungal instead of the proper medications. Obviously the reason why it wasn't corrected.

Dr. Bonder properly diagnosed my condition and has been very helpful in monitoring it and giving his expertise. I have been to him for various skin conditions and every time I call I can always get in within a day or two. The office staff is much nicer than my last dermatologist's office and they are ALWAYS on time or ahead of time. I have never had to wait more than 3 minutes to be seen. The doctor is direct and to the point but will also address any concerns you have. I like that style since it is part of the reason why you will not be waiting 45 minutes after your scheduled time to see him. He will always schedule a follow-up to ensure his patients' conditions are cured/satisfied. The office does have policies and ways of doing things that may seem more old fashioned, however, that is why it is super organized, presentable, professional, and the doctor is always on time. I will never change my derm ever again. I can't understand why anyone would give a bad review.

Then the women refused to submit a claim to my insurance, but were happy to see me- if I would pay out of pocket with cash! They said they're affiliated with a lot of great insurances that I don't have- but could only name 3: Blue Cross, Aetna and Amerihealth.

I called twice to make an appointment and was put on hold both times. At one point it was so ridiculous (I had prior obligations and only 10 minutes left) I hung up and re-dialed… to be put on hold again! She asked me if 1:30 would work for me, I said yes assuming she meant the next business day. She then tried to schedule me for 1:30 on that Tuesday. I told her that wouldn't work, I have class then. She got huffy and said I shouldn't have said I was available then... My schedule changes daily!

When I got there the head receptionist didn't see me on the list.
The "list" is a piece of paper full of chicken scratch rather than a check-in log to my surprise. Another receptionist told me she had penciled me in to come early. That's not what she told me - I thought I was on time for MY appointment. Then I receive a comment that I have plenty of time to wait- hours. I was going here between classes, when I schedule something that is when I should be scheduled, not double-booked and left to wait.
Sorry, I'm a little too old to put up with these over-the-hill receptionists talking down to me. The best dermatologist on earth isn't worth the abuse. Although I wouldn't know as he never came out of the shadows to apologize for his unprofessional staff and wasting my time.

Worst groupon experience ever-unfriendly staff and doctor. Unwilling to reschedule more than once or allow a pt to be late more than a minute and this was a prepaid groupon--so I was out $240.00.

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Not at all

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.
