The staff here goes out of their way to make you feel at home. They are truly genuine, friendly people. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They were supportive and able to help me deal with my concerns. Sometimes you have to wait, but you get the time you need.
